The Tavern: Showcasing Swiss and Continental Culinary Excellence

The Tavern, established in July 1994, is a distinguished restaurant in Singapore offering Swiss and Continental cuisine in an intimate, Swiss chalet-inspired setting. Founded by Mr. Poh Say Eng, a renowned restaurateur, The Tavern is celebrated for its exceptional service and extensive wine cellar, housing thousands of wines across a wide range of vintages. 

As the resident consultant for The Tavern, I led the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies, creative and art direction, video production, and photography to authentically represent the restaurant's offerings and ambiance.

 

Crafting The Tavern's Digital Presence

In my role, I devised and implemented social media strategies that highlighted The Tavern's dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience. By curating content that showcased signature dishes, exclusive wine selections, and the restaurant's inviting atmosphere, we fostered an engaging online community that resonated with both local and international audiences.

Creative Direction and Visual Storytelling

Aligning with The Tavern's philosophy of offering authentic Swiss and Continental flavors, I directed creative efforts to produce visuals that encapsulated the restaurant's essence. Through photography and video production, we captured the meticulous preparation of dishes, the rich hues of wine selections, and the harmonious ambiance. These visuals not only showcased the restaurant's offerings but also emphasized The Tavern's commitment to providing an immersive and memorable dining experience.
